Customers on subscription plans or preorder will be notified of any changes and may cancel if they do not agree

- Returns – We support your happiness. You have 30 days to return your pin for refunds.
After 30 days we will give you a store credit.
Damaged items will be replaced. Stems on damaged numbered editions will repaired,
replaced by another number, or refunded at our discretion.
- Images in listings
- Actual product – A photo of a sample of the product
- Actual item – A photo of the actual item you will receive
- Artist rendering – On items that have yet to be produced, we use production artwork
- Inspiration - This is what we are basing the pin on. It may not be an exact representation
- Shipping
- Flat rate – We ship first class no matter how many pins you buy at retail
- Flat Rate Express delivery – When you want it faster, you can still order as many as you want
- Preorder- We have many pins coming out. Please read carefully
- You can cancel at any time, no penalty. If we have shipped you will need to return it
- While we will try and make the pin match the artwork. Sometimes that does not happen.
You can always return if you are not happy.
- Limited editions- If you cancel a limited editions, you will lose your number
- Subscriptions We offer various subscription plans
- Monthly new pins – These can be exclusives, new releases or random draws from our inventory
- If you are not happy with your monthly selection, just return for full store credit
- Numbered and signed limited editions These are not returnable except for damaged:
- Stems on damaged numbered editions will repaired, replaced by another number, or refunded at our discretion.
